Privacy Policy

Last updated: [DATE] · Draft — pending legal review

1. What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and account id from Google. We store the chats and follow-ups you create in the Service, tied to your account.

2. How we use it

To operate your account, save and display your chat history, and generate responses to your prompts (sent to Anthropic's Claude API for that purpose).

3. Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share prompts with Anthropic (our AI provider) to generate responses, and rely on Google for authentication. We don't share your data with anyone else except as required by law.

4. Data retention

We keep your chats until you delete your account or ask us to remove them. Contact us to request deletion.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
